Work History:
Rod’s first job as a staff PT was at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut. His involvement in athletic related care started during his years as a Sports Therapist at Yale University. His job as Director of Physical Therapy at Mobile Infirmary brought him south. He also brings with him 20 years of experience in facility development.
Recognitions and Accomplishments:
Rod’s participation in the facility design, staffing, and equipment decisions for Baldwin Bone & Joint’s new office complex has been both rewarding and challenging.
Care Philosophy:
“Physical Therapy involves treating the whole person, not just an isolated problem. After 30 years of service, I have learned that connecting with people is what it’s all about.”
Rod was a New Englander before his move south. He and his family have lived in Daphne since 1981. |
 Aimee Youngblood Keedy, P.T. |

Work History:
Aimee worked with HealthSouth Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Center in Mobile, AL for three years before joining Baldwin Bone & Joint. While there, she served as a Physical Therapist, spending significant time in the Worker’s Compensation venue. Prior to her time with HealthSouth, she was a Physical Therapist for several years at Mobile Infirmary ProHealth, where she gained experience in the transition of Physical Therapy patients into Post Rehab Fitness clientele.
Recognitions and Accomplishments:
She has a special interest, supported by continuing education, in women’s health. Aimee has provided health program presentations with an emphasis on pregnancy related pain. Her recent course on ‘Aging and Balance’ helped her in developing and coordinating the ‘OFF Balance’ program.
Care Philosophy:
“I encourage my patients to challenge their perceptions of their limitations. Often they surprise themselves. My job is helping patients discover their potential."
Aimee is originally from Saraland, AL and enjoys weight lifting and working around the house. She and her husband have just built a house in Mobile, AL. |

Work History:
For four years, prior to working with Baldwin Bone & Joint, P.C., Traci provided rehab services in outpatient orthopaedics at the Alabama Orthopaedic Clinic in Mobile, AL.
Care Philosophy:
“My goal is to provide quality care by helping patients better understand how to maintain and improve their physical health. I really enjoy seeing patients accomplish their goals.”
Traci is originally from Mobile, however, she has lived in Baldwin County for nine years. She enjoys reading and going to the beach. Traci is married with two children, ages nine and two. |

Work History
Roderick began his professional career in Fairfax, Virginia were he was employed at the Iliff Nursing Center for three years. He later relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where he was a part of the Wellstar Cobb County Hospital Rehab Department. Roderick moved back to Daphne, Alabama and worked for Thomas Hospital Wellness Center for over two years prior to joining Baldwin Bone & Joint.
Recognitions and Accomplishments:
Roderick has been trained in aquatic therapy. He has also received several letters of recognition from past employers and patients thanking him for his fun loving approach to therapy treatment.
Care Philosophy:
“As a Physical Therapy Assistant, my philosophy for patient care is to not only treat the patient, but to encourage them to exceed there goals while having fun along the way.”
Roderick resides in Daphne Alabama were he is married with two children. He enjoys creating art, playing basketball, and spending time with his family. |

Work History:
Brian served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Alabama, covering both men’s and women’s sports. He also worked with the football, basketball, and tennis programs during his undergraduate studies at Valdosta State University.
Recognitions and Accomplishments:
Athletic Trainer Internship at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with the Softball program. Member of both the Phi Sigma Pi and Phi Alpha Theta Honor Societies.
Care Philosophy:
“As an athletic trainer, I find it very rewarding to see an athlete recover from an injury and then go on to succeed in their sport.”
Brian is originally from Brunswick, Georgia and is looking forward to his time with Daphne High School Athletics. He said, “This is already feeling like home.” |

Work History:
Amanda most recently finished a Graduate Assistant Athletic Training program where she was responsible for sports coverage at Smryna High School in Tennessee. She was also a Fitness Graduate Assistant, at the same time, developing and implementing fitness programs at Middle Tennessee State University Campus Recreation Center. Amanda is currently working as an athletic trainer at Daphne High School.
Recognitions and Accomplishments:
While the acting Treasurer of the Southeast Athletic Training Student Association, she also helped with the athletic training of Special Olympics participants in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Care Philosophy:
“I enjoy working with both patients and athletes. The best part of being in this field is watching hardworking patients and athletes improve and achieve their goals. Overall, just helping makes me feel better as an individual.”
Amanda is originally from Missouri where her family still lives. She loves golf and is already getting attached to the Eastern Shore. |

Work History:
John worked with Physical Therapy of Andalusia from 1991 through 1993. He was instrumental in the establishment of that privately owned facility. He went on to further his education as he worked for Providence Hospital in the eventual capacity as an Exercise Physiologist in the Outpatient Physical Therapy Department from 1998 to 2007.
Recognitions and Accomplishments:
1998 Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
2007 Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA as well
Care Philosophy:
“My approach to patient care is to focus on specific rehab needs while addressing the individual as a whole.”
John is originally from Newburgh, New York. His interests include Martial Arts and his dogs. |

After Heather’s graduation in May of 2006, she was employed by Providence Hospital as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She worked in the Outpatient Physical Therapy Rehab and Wellness Center. Heather also did Inpatient rotation as well. She still functions as a Personal Trainer at a facility in Mobile. .

In July of 2007, she become certified as a Personal Trainer through the NSCA.
