Work History:
Alan began his career as a trainer at the Providence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Mobile, AL and later progressed to a position at Northside High in Warner Robins, Georgia. He came back home to work with Davidson High School and several professional teams in Mobile.
He served as athletic trainer at Daphne High School for 2 years prior to starting our clinic based “Post Rehab Fitness” program.

Recognitions and Accomplishments:
Alan has had several sports medicine articles published in local newspapers. He has also contributed to television news stories.
His most recent educational endeavor with regard to becoming a ‘Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist’ has assisted him in
developing the Post Rehab Fitness program.
Care Philosophy:

Alan is originally from Ocala, Florida; he currently lives in Mobile. |
