Middle & High School
Athletes of
Baldwin County
to
    a special day set aside for    
Pre-Participation Physicals
  for the 2006-07 School Year  
  (Alabama High School Athletic Assoc. Requirement)  
  SATURDAY, APRIL 29th
  The schedule is as follows:  
       
  7:30 a.m. Daphne High School Athletes  
  9:00 a.m. Bayside Academy Athletes  
  10:30 a.m. Baldwin County High School Athletes  
  11:15 a.m.-12 noon: Open to all other middle & high school athletes  
       
  Participating athletes are encouraged to wear shorts & t-shirts. Participants may download a Pre-participation physical form below  
       
  $10 per athlete
(special rate this day only)
Athletic Departments from all participating schools
will benefit directly from pre-participation
physical fees collected.
